Uzm. Dr Hasan Kılıç was born in Mersin in 1964 and completed his primary and secondary education in Mersin. He studied at Dicle University Faculty of Medicine between 1982-1988. He worked as a doctor at Mardin Health Centre No. 1 between 1988-1991. Between 1991-1995, he completed his speciality training in the Department of Child Health and Diseases at the Pediatric Clinic of Izmir SSK Tepecik Training and Research Hospital. He worked as a Paediatrician in various public and private hospitals.

Between 2018-2021, he received Child Neurology Subspeciality Training at Gaziantep University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Child Neurology. Since 2021, he has worked as a Child Neurology Specialist in public and private hospitals.

He is married and has three children. Dr Kılıç's main hobbies include seeing new places, reading books and nature walks.
